실마리(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다. 앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 개발자에게 수집·전송하지 않습니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

앱은 이용자로부터 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 개발자에게 어떤 데이터도 전송하지 않습니다. 이용자가 작성한 마인드맵·노트·첨부 파일 등 모든 콘텐츠는 아래와 같이 저장됩니다.

• 로컬 저장: 마인드맵과 첨부는 기본적으로 이용자의 기기 내부(앱 저장소)에만 저장됩니다. 오프라인에서 동작합니다.
• 서버 모드(선택): 이용자가 직접 운영하거나 지정한 서버에 로그인해 사용할 경우, 콘텐츠는 해당 이용자 소유의 서버에 저장됩니다. 개발자는 이 서버나 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다.

2. AI 도우미(인앱 브라우저)

앱의 AI 도우미 기능은 이용자가 선택·등록한 제3자 서비스(예: 생성형 AI 채팅 서비스)를 앱 내 웹 화면으로 엽니다.

• 해당 서비스와의 통신·로그인·입력 내용은 그 제3자 서비스와 이용자 사이에서 이루어지며, 앱(개발자)은 이를 수집·저장·중계하지 않습니다.
• 제3자 서비스 이용에는 해당 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

3. 제3자 제공·분석·광고

• 앱은 분석(analytics)·추적·광고용 제3자 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
• 앱은 이용자 데이터를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

로컬에 저장된 데이터는 이용자가 앱 내에서 삭제하거나 기기에서 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다. 서버 모드로 저장한 데이터는 이용자가 자신의 서버에서 관리·삭제합니다.

5. 아동 개인정보

앱은 아동으로부터 개인정보를 별도로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 방침 변경

본 방침은 관련 법령이나 서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

Silmari (the "App") respects your privacy. The App does not collect or transmit your personal data to the developer.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects no personal information and sends no data to the developer. All content you create is stored as follows:

• Local storage: mind maps and attachments are stored on your device only, by default. The App works offline.
• Server mode (optional): if you sign in to a server you own or designate, your content is stored on your own server. The developer has no access to it.

2. AI Helper (In-App Browser)

The AI helper opens third-party services you choose (e.g., a generative-AI chat service) inside an in-app web view. Your communication with those services occurs between you and the third party; the App neither collects nor relays it. Use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Third Parties, Analytics, Ads

• The App uses no analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
• The App does not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Retention & Deletion

Local data is removed when you delete it in-app or uninstall the App. Server-mode data is managed and deleted by you on your own server.

5. Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
